Ingredients
- 2 puff pastry
- 14 oz mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 1 oz instant coffee
- 1 egg yolk
Steps
Work the egg yolk with the sugar in a double boiler for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it cool.
Pour the cream, mascarpone, and coffee into a bowl or moka pot, as you prefer, and whip well with an electric mixer, add the yolk and mix everything.
Take the pastry sheets out of the fridge before using them and cut out two stars with a mold or a template of the size you prefer.
Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, prick with a fork, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes, then take them out and let them cool.
Remove from oven and fill with the cream using a pastry bag, close the dessert, dust with cocoa and keep in the fridge.

For the cream, you can also use just the cream or ricotta with mascarpone or cream, it is very good and simple, perfect even with shortcrust pastry or sponge cake.
