- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Inexpensive
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Portions: 6 People
- Cooking methods: Oven
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: Christmas, New Year
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- green olives
- black grapes
- arugula
- Milano salami
- ham
- pork coppa
- cherry mozzarella (or smoked cherries)
- walnuts
Steps
Cut the pastry into a tree shape; I used a cardboard mold and added an inch to create the edge.
Roll the perimeter to form a sort of edge, pierce with a fork, and bake in the hot oven at 365°F for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place it on the serving plate and start decorating with arugula.
On the tip, I placed a small rose of salami; I folded the slice in half, rolled it, and opened it slightly with my fingers.
I alternated smoked cherries, but you can use mozzarella bites or cheese of your choice, then black grapes at the branch tips.
I added a few slices of turkey ham for myself, perfect with cooked ham, and green olives on the branch tips down.
Corn chips, then pork coppa roses, olives, and black grapes on the branches, and finally walnuts at the base.
Of course, you can use the cold cuts and cheeses you like best.
Bon appétit
