- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 250 ml custard
- 250 g mascarpone

Cut the pastry sheets into a tree shape, fill one half with the cream, then cover with the other pastry sheet and seal the edges to prevent leakage.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
