Ingredients
- 2 rolls puff pastry
- 1 cup custard
- 1 cup mascarpone
Steps
Prepare the custard following this recipe, I used almond milk but feel free to use the milk you prefer.
Let the cream cool slightly, then add the mascarpone and mix well, if you prefer add a bit of sugar.
Cut the pastry sheets into a tree shape, fill one half with the cream then cover with the other pastry sheet and seal the edges to avoid leaks.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
