Pumpkin Flower Fritters

NEAPOLITAN PUMPKIN FLOWER FRITTERS, pumpkin flowers in leavened batter, mom’s recipe, simple and tasty, perfect for both lunch and dinner, soft and crispy.

Needless to say, these pumpkin flower fritters are super delicious, they are pumpkin flowers in batter that my mom often prepares since she planted some seeds and we are loaded with flowers, leaves, and 4-5 pumpkins in the process of growing.

The recipe for pumpkin flower fritters is very simple, you prepare a batter with fresh or dry yeast, add the flowers, mix, let it rest, then fry them, one leads to another, they are delicious, those who love fried foods know it well.

Of course, you can always omit the yeast for quicker fritters that are still very good, or bake them instead of frying if you want a lighter dish.
