The recipe for cold dessert with Nutella is very simple, everything is whipped, then the ingredients are combined and poured into the mold, definitely simple and so good to make in a few minutes.
Obviously, if you don’t like Nutella, you can always use spreadable pistachio cream and then decorate with pistachio crumbs.
I added crumbled cookies to the base, but you can always skip them if you prefer and maybe decorate with hazelnut crumbs.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream, 35% fat
- 3.5 tbsp Nutella®
- 8 chocolate cookies
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
Preparation
Whip the egg white then add the icing sugar and whip a little more.
Then whip the cream with Nutella, add the egg white, and work with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a small loaf pan lined with plastic wrap; if you want to fill the whole pan to the brim, use 3 cups of cream.
Crumble the cookies and pour them over the dessert, then put the pan in the freezer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, remove the dessert from the freezer, place it on a serving plate, and decorate with Nutella.
