- 1 Phyllo dough
- 1 Apples
- as needed Orange marmalade
- 0.7 oz Pine nuts
Preparation
Cut a rectangle of three phyllo sheets measuring approximately 8 inches by 12 inches, the width of the dough.
Brush the sheets with oil or melted butter and stack them on top of each other.
Spread a thin layer of marmalade, slice one or two apples thinly and arrange them on the dough.
Roll well, slightly press the open ends, and place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes, keep an eye on the oven, as soon as the dough starts to turn golden, turn it off.
