A simple and quick recipe, I always prepare the bread cannoli in many ways, both in the pan and in the oven, and today I chose ham and zucchini that I needed to use up.

Ingredients
- 3 slices Sandwich Bread
- 3 slices Cooked Ham
- 1 Zucchini
- 2.5 oz Mozzarella
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Flatten the bread with the rolling pin without pressing too much.
Fill with the slices of cooked ham, grate the zucchini with a large-hole grater and fill the bread.
Add the cheese cut into slices and roll up the bread.
Beat the egg in a plate and pass the bread in it then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat a pan with oil and place the rolls, cook one side then turn them and cook the other side with the lid closed over low heat.
