Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3.5 oz mascarpone
- 6 Pavesini cookies
Preparation
Squeeze a lemon and collect 1/4 cup of juice, pour it into a small saucepan.
Add a level tablespoon of sugar, approximately 10-12 grams, and place it on the stove, combine the flour and mix with whisks.
The mixture thickens in just under a minute, stir quickly and then remove it from the stove.
Place the saucepan in the freezer for a minute to cool down.
