Ingredients
- 6.3 oz pasta (mezze penne)
- 5.6 oz canned tuna in oil
- 15 black olives
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)
- 1 tbsp capers in salt
- 5.3 oz ricotta (or spreadable cheese)
Steps
Boil water for the pasta, when it boils, add the pasta and cook for 3 minutes.
Then place the oil in a pan, add the drained tuna, butter, and capers, turn on the heat and cook for a few minutes, then add the ricotta and a bit of pasta cooking water.
Add the pasta, ricotta, and some water, continue cooking, add the olives and finish cooking for a total of 7 minutes with the pasta.
Basically, the pasta should boil for 3 minutes and for the remaining 4 minutes, it should cook in the pan as if being risotto-style cooked.
Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
