Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- as needed apricot jam
- 1 apple
- 2 tsp butter
Preparation
Melt the butter and set aside.
Remove the pastry from the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then cut it into 3 strips lengthwise.
Brush with butter and place them one on top of the other, roll tightly and wrap the roll in parchment paper.
Put it in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
After the time has passed, take the roll out of the fridge and cut it into 6-7 slices, press in the center with your thumbs and rotate to widen the puff pastry forming cones.
Fill with jam and apples, then close them, place them on the baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes.
