  • 3 eggs

Steps

  • Pour the mixture into a 8-inch pan lined with paper and cook in an air fryer at 320°F for about 25 minutes. Do a toothpick test; if necessary, extend the cooking time by 5 minutes.

  • Or cook in an oven at 356°F for 25-30 minutes.

  • Keep in mind that the cake remains moist, with a texture similar to brownies.

  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and cut into pieces.
