Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3.4 oz water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 2.8 oz mozzarella
Preparation
Pour the flour with the yeast into a mixer, add the water and oil, and mix everything.
The dough is salt-free but if you want you can add it.
Take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface, fill with the ham and mozzarella, then roll it up.
Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with paper and bake in a preheated 350°F fan oven for about 15-20 minutes.
