Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Half package instant yeast for savory preparations
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup zucchini
- 20 black olives
Preparation
Pour the flour with the yeast into a bowl, add the water, and start mixing then add the oregano and knead well.
Make a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes, then take the dough and make 3 folds with a rest of 10 minutes.
The rest and folds are not mandatory but make the dough a little softer.
Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and oiled, spread the sheet and place it on the tray.
Add the pitted olives, cherry tomatoes cut into wedges or pieces, zucchini in rounds, and a sprinkle of oregano.
Oil and bake in the hot oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes, it should turn golden.
