A true delight, the mint and Nutella mousse is obviously delicious, assuming you like mint, which I adore, it’s really pleasant in summer, it can be prepared with cream in 5 minutes and is a true pleasure.
Beautiful to look at and delightful to eat, mint and Nutella mousse will be your favorite spoon dessert, to be enjoyed like ice cream, a sweet, fresh, and pleasant snack.
Of course, if you don’t like mint, you can modify the dessert with another syrup, for example, black cherry syrup, which is delicious maybe by adding canned cherries.
Those who don’t like mint can always opt for a coffee mousse, pistachio, lemon or with Nutella.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 35% fat content
- 1/2 cup mint syrup
- 1.8 oz Nutella®
- 0.35 oz dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Pour the cream into a tall cup and begin whipping with an electric whisk.
As for the mint syrup, I recommend adding it little by little until you reach your desired color.
Gradually pour the syrup while continuing to whip.
Make a layer of cream in the cup, one of Nutella or “dirty” just the cup all around and continue until you finish the ingredients.
Decorate with chocolate chips and place in the fridge or freezer for about half an hour.
