Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour (the one you usually use)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 oz mushrooms
- 2 1/2 oz provolone
- 1 3/4 oz sweet bacon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, oil, and water, and mix, then knead until you obtain a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and create a rectangle, cut it with a glass, you should get 8-10 mini pizzas, spread them a bit with your fingers and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for about ten minutes.
For the recipe, I used mixed mushrooms, cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a closed lid, it takes a few minutes, then blend them leaving a few whole for decoration.
