Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/3 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1.8 oz Neapolitan salami
- 1.8 oz diced speck
- 1.8 oz cooked ham
- 1.8 oz spicy provolone cheese
- 2.8 oz provola cheese
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add water and oil, mix, and add the salt. Knead well, then move to the work surface.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, dice all the cold cuts and cheeses, and fill.
Roll up, cut the swirls but do not separate them. Cook this open roll in the air fryer at 356°F for 15 minutes, turning, then separate and cook for a couple of minutes if needed.
Or bake in a hot oven at 356°F for 15-20 minutes.
