A true delight, soft and indulgent, the Nutella and Pavesini tiramisu is the perfect dessert to serve after lunch or dinner, without coffee and therefore with no baking required, ideal for those who do not have much time.
The Nutella and Pavesini tiramisu recipe is very simple: beat the egg then add the mascarpone, alternate layers of cookies, cream and Nutella — nothing difficult and children love it too.
Of course, if you prefer not to use the egg you can always omit it, add coffee if you like, or use whipped cream and mascarpone.

Ingredients
Dessert for 6 medium servings.
- 15 pavesini
- 1 egg
- 14 oz (about 1 3/4 cups) mascarpone
- 2.1 oz (about 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp) sugar
- to taste Nutella®
Preparation
Whip the egg white with an electric whisk, add half of the mascarpone and continue beating with the whisk.
Beat the yolk with the sugar until creamy, fold it into the mixture with the egg white and work a little, then add the remaining half of the mascarpone.
Work the cream a little more and set it aside.
Dip 5 pavesini and place them on the bottom of a baking dish (approx. 7 7/8 in), cover with a layer of cream and then a layer of Nutella.
Dip more cookies and continue until the ingredients are finished, dust with cocoa and keep in the fridge for about an hour or in the freezer for 30 minutes if you need to serve it immediately.
I arranged the cookies only in the center of the dish — of course you can fill the entire base well with more pavesini.
