Ingredients
- 2.1 cups whipping cream, 35% fat
- 5.3 oz Nutella®
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 0.7 oz hazelnut crumbs
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside to cool, you can add a bit of milk or cream if you prefer.
Whip the cream and line a 20 cm mold with plastic wrap, make a first layer of cream, then one of Nutella, and again cream.
Cover with obviously cold or lukewarm chocolate and decorate with hazelnut crumbs.
Put in the freezer for a couple of hours before serving.
