The recipe for Nutella-filled cookies is very simple, the dough can be made by hand or with a food processor and the cookies are perfect for dipping or just enjoying after dinner.
Of course, you can omit the Nutella in the dough if you prefer and use cocoa, or instant coffee, or add chocolate chips to the dough and fill with pieces of chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Nutella®
Instructions
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, egg, butter, and two or three tablespoons of Nutella. Of course, you can use a food processor.
Knead well then form a ball and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap or sealed in a food bag.
After the time has passed, roll out the dough and cut it with a cookie cutter, fill half of the cookies with Nutella.
Close with the other half of the disks, seal them, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
