- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Pour the flour into a bowl or the food processor, add the water and oil, if you prefer, a pinch of salt, but I don’t add it. Knead well.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces or 3 large ones, roll out thinly, about 1/8 inch, and cook in a pan, without oiling it, over very low heat.
Turn over and remove from the burner. If you wish, fill with tomatoes and mozzarella, or ham and provolone, salmon, whatever you have in the fridge, vegetables are also excellent.
