QUICK PARMESAN AND ZUCCHINI CLOUDS, fast and easy, delicious recipe, perfect as an appetizer or main course for dinner in a short time.

A simple and tasty idea that you will surely love, the parmesan and zucchini clouds are delicious, addictive, and incredibly fluffy, perfect as an appetizer but also great as a main dish.

They are as light as clouds, cooked in the oven and not fried, but you can fry them if you prefer; however, I don’t recommend it because the parmesan and zucchini clouds are excellent as they are.

The ideal snack even for an aperitif, I adore them, they are so soft they melt in your mouth, a delight, and you can add pieces of provolone to enrich them.

Quick zucchini and parmesan clouds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 1/3 cup zucchini
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  • Put the milk with the butter in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

  • Pour in the flour all at once and stir quickly to prevent lumps.

  • Remove from the heat, add the egg, and keep stirring.

  • Add the parmesan, mix, grate the zucchini with a large-holed grater, and add it to the mixture.

  • Mix again, then line the baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it.

  • Space the mounds apart, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F and cook for about 15-20 minutes, fan-assisted.
