  • 14 oz potatoes
  • 5.6 oz tuna
  • 5.3 oz fiordilatte

  • Peel and slice the potatoes thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, with a knife or grate them with a large-hole grater.

  • Take the pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then place it in the baking dish and fill half of the pastry with layers of potatoes, tuna, and cheese. Repeat with another layer of potatoes, tuna, and provolone.

  • Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling, seal the edges with a fork, prick the pastry, bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 25 minutes.
