- 1 puff pastry
- 2.8 oz speck
- 1 tbsp parmesan
- 2.1 oz smoked provola

Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then roll it out on the work surface.
If you use the round one, draw a cross and then the diagonals to get 8 wedges; if you use the rectangular one, cut it in half lengthwise and draw triangles, 4 for each strip.
Fill with speck, diced provola, and a little parmesan, roll from the base, then curl the tips inward.
Brush with a yolk and cover with sesame seeds, bake in the hot oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes, keep an eye on the oven.
