Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast (or instant)
- 4.5 oz speck
- 3.5 oz smoked provola cheese
Preparation
For the recipe, you can use instant yeast; I used dry yeast, with a 1 hour rising time.
Place the flour and yeast in a bowl, add the water and mix, then add the salt and knead well.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film, and let it rest for 1 hour.
After the time has passed, take the dough and roll it out on a floured surface, make a rectangle, fill only half with the speck and cheese.
Fold the other half over the filling, seal the edges, and draw a grid with the knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut following the previously marked lines.
