Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.7 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3.5 oz stracchino cheese
Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl or the mixer, add the oil and water, and knead well.
Take the dough and divide it into two parts, roll them out as thin as possible with a rolling pin.
The dough is elastic, dust the surface if needed.
Place one sheet on a baking tray and fill it with fresh cheese, then cover with the other sheet.
Remove excess dough, seal the edges, and press with your fingertips to create a series of dimples.
Draw a grid with a knife but do not cut it completely to prevent the cheese from leaking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 482°F for about 7 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut following the lines you traced earlier.
