Ingredients
- 7 oz All-purpose flour
- 3/8 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 7 oz Potatoes
- 2 sausages
- as needed Provola cheese
Preparation
Wash and boil the potatoes until a fork easily pierces them, then let them cool.
Pour the flour into a bowl or stand mixer, add the yeast, and mix well, then add the salt and water, and knead thoroughly.
The dough should not be sticky; if necessary, add a bit more flour.
Remove the casing from the sausages and crumble them into a pan, cooking them with the lid on.
Take the dough and divide it into four pieces, then roll them out with a rolling pin without flattening too much.
Oil them and bake for 10 minutes at 356°F
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, remove the mini-pizzas from the oven, add the sausages, potatoes, and cheese pieces.
Bake again for another 5-8 minutes.
Bon appétit
