Quick savory with zucchini and ricotta

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 14 oz cooked ham
  • 4.5 oz ricotta
  • 3.5 oz scamorza cheese
  • 7 oz zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • to taste Parmesan cheese (optional)

Steps

  • Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then place it on the work surface.

  • Place half the cooked ham, then the slices of scamorza cheese, the zucchini cut into rounds, more slices of cooked ham, and the ricotta in spoonfuls.

  • Beat the eggs with the Parmesan cheese in a plate and pour it over the filling, add the slices of scamorza cheese, bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
