The recipe for quick skillet pizza is very simple, made with flour, instant yeast, oil, and water, cooked in a pan, and topped with whatever you have available. I used tomato sauce, olives, and provola.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- tomato sauce
- 5 oz provola cheese
- 3 tbsps black olives
Steps
Pour the flour with the yeast, salt, oil, and water into a bowl and mix.
Pour the mixture onto a floured work surface and shape the pizza, oil a pan and place it in the pan.
Oil and cook for 5 minutes, then flip it and top with tomato sauce, olives, and provola, enrich with oregano and a drizzle of oil, cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Turn the oven grill to high and transfer the pizza, cook for a few minutes.
