Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed oil
  • as needed granulated sugar
  • as needed powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, baking powder, and the egg, mix well.

  • Add the butter in small cubes or melted, as you prefer, the oil and mix everything, you need to get a rather soft mixture.

  • The advice is to work the dough by hand, if you use a blade food processor, you will get a creamy mixture and the cookies will spread during baking, like mine.

  • If you work by hand, add the chocolate chips right away, if you work with a processor, add them after obtaining the dough and mix.

  • Take pieces of dough about the size of a walnut, roll and form balls.

  • Roll the balls first in granulated sugar, then in powdered sugar, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Flatten them a bit and bake in the hot oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes, they should turn golden.

  • With the BIMBY:
    pour all the ingredients of the basic dough, except for the chocolate chips, into the processor, speed 5 for 10 sec
