Quick Stuffed Meatloaf in a Pan

Ingredients
- 21 oz Beef (ground)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsps Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
- to taste All-purpose flour
- 7 oz Cooked ham
- 5 oz Fiordilatte
- 1 carrot
- leaves Bay
- 1 1/2 onion
Preparation
Put the meat in a bowl, add the egg, salt, and spices, mix well.
If the mixture is too soft, add some breadcrumbs.
Oil and sprinkle breadcrumbs on a sheet of parchment paper, pour the meat and form a rectangle.
Stuff with slices of cooked ham and fiordilatte, then roll it up with the help of the paper.
Pass the meatloaf in the flour and sprinkle it with Parmesan.
Finely chop the carrot with the onion, place them in a pan, add the oil, and sauté.
Place the meatloaf, lower the flame, and let it brown, turn it for an even color.
Add the bay leaves, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Obviously, check well that it is cooked and if needed, extend the cooking by 10 minutes.
