QUICK SWEET CHOCOLATE PUFF PASTRIES, desserts with ready-made puff pastry to make in a short time, clever recipe with custard cream, ideal for breakfast and great for a snack.
The sweet chocolate puff pastries are a real delight, they are prepared quickly and are a pleasure to eat, the chocolate custard filling is perfect for the puff pastry base.
Of course, these are not the classic Neapolitan sfogliatelle that you can see HERE how to make them, but they are similar and faster to prepare, a clever alternative to seize on the fly.
At my home, the sweet chocolate puff pastries disappeared immediately, impossible to resist the crispy shell of the pastry and the soft and creamy chocolate filling.
They can be filled in many ways, with Nutella, pistachio paste, custard, apples, chocolate chips but even savory they are excellent, perfect with ham or speck or vegetables, and are ideal as an appetizer.
Follow me in the kitchen today there are sweet chocolate puff pastries!

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 1/2 cup custard cream
- 3/4 oz dark chocolate
- 1 1/2 tbsps butter
Preparation
Prepare the custard cream HERE and finally add the chocolate, mix well then let it cool in a bowl with cling film in contact.
Melt the butter, take the pastry and cut it into three strips lengthwise, brush with butter and stack the strips.
Roll up well, close the roll in paper and put it in the freezer for an hour.
Remove the pastry from the freezer and cut it into slices of 0.6 inches, place thumbs in the center and push outward to form a cone.
Fill with the cream and seal to prevent the filling from escaping.
Place the puff pastries on baking paper and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes, they should be golden.
Bon appétit
