Ingredients
- 1.76 oz walnuts
- 0.88 oz all-purpose flour
- 2.47 oz sugar
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Grind the walnuts in a food processor with the sugar.
Add the flour, blend again then add the egg white and blend again, you can add grated lemon or orange zest.
The dough is moist, make balls, roll them first in a plate where you have placed granulated sugar and then in confectioners’ sugar placed in another plate.
Place them on the baking sheet lined with paper, bake at 356°F for 10-12 minutes.
