QUICK ZUCCHINI FLATBREAD with provolone

Ingredients

  • 7 oz zucchini
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2.8 oz provolone
  • 3 slices cooked ham

Steps

  • Grate the zucchini with a large-hole grater and place them in a bowl.

  • Add the grated cheese using a large-hole grater, the flour, salt, and mix. Add the chopped cooked ham, the eggs, and Parmesan if preferred.

  • Mix well and pour the mixture into an 8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. If you like, you can cook everything in a pan.

  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes
