Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry
- 3.5 oz smoked bacon
- 2.8 oz stracchino
Steps
Place the puff pastry on the work surface, fill only half with stracchino, spread with a knife or place in spoonfuls.
Add slices of smoked bacon and close with the other half of the puff pastry.
Seal the edges and draw a grid, prick with a fork and bake in the oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut following the lines traced before.
