I had never prepared ribs in an air fryer before and I must say they are excellent, I avoided turning on the oven and didn’t fry them, let’s say I reduced the health damages a bit.
The recipe for ribs in air fryer is very simple, you cook them with the spices you prefer then move on to preparing the cabbage which I cook in a pan in a rather simple way then combine everything and cook together for a few minutes.
This way the ribs taste like oven-cooked and are lighter but get well seasoned with the vegetables and become even more moist and succulent.

Ingredients
- 3 pork ribs
- 1 cabbage
- Half cup white wine
Steps
Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
Brown a clove of garlic in a large pan then remove it and add the cabbage, add a little water and cook with the lid closed for about 15-20 minutes.
Place the pork ribs in the fryer basket, season with rosemary or a barbecue sauce if you prefer and cook for 10 minutes at 392°F
Turn and cook for about 8 minutes.
Add the meat to the cabbage and cook a few more minutes.
