Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups parboiled rice
  • 5.3 oz cooked ham
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 oz fiordilatte cheese
  • 5.3 oz zucchini

Preparation

I used parboiled rice, but carnaroli is perfect.

  • Boil the rice, then drain it well and place it in a bowl.

  • Add the eggs, mix, add the diced cooked ham and the fiordilatte cheese.

  • Grate the zucchini with a large hole grater, add them to the rice and mix well.

  • Put the oil in a pan and pour in the rice, level it well, and cook for about 10 minutes.

  • Flip the cake with the help of a plate and cook for another 10 minutes, both sides should be golden.

    Bon appétit
