Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 2 oz Neapolitan salami (diced)
  • 2 oz provola cheese
  • pepper

Steps

  • Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles, then make horizontal cuts on the longer side halfway through the rectangle, about 5-6 cuts.

  • Fold the cut part back onto the whole side, then turn the rectangle to the smooth side. Mix the ricotta with the salami and the provola cut into small pieces, add a sprinkle of pepper and Parmesan if you prefer.

  • Fill the center with about a teaspoon of the filling.

  • Bring the corners of the rectangle over the filling and place them in the basket of the air fryer lined with parchment paper and cook at 392°F for 8-9 minutes, turning them. Alternatively, you can bake in the oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
