ROLLED COOKIE TART with chocolate

ROLLED COOKIE TART with chocolate, an easy and quick breakfast or snack dessert to prepare, very soft and delicious, perfect for adults and children.

I wanted something that was a cross between a tart and American cookies. Thus was born this rolled cookie tart with chocolate, a showy yet very easy dessert, with a soft dough and lots of chocolate chips that melt while baking.

It’s the classic easy and quick recipe you can prepare even at the last minute, perfect for homemade breakfast or a delicious snack. The rolled effect makes it special and different from the usual tart, but the procedure is very simple.

The texture is its strong point: soft inside, slightly crispy outside and full of chocolate. If you’re looking for a soft chocolate tart that kids will love but also conquer adults, this is the right one.

For a perfect result I recommend:
– Not working the dough too much, it must stay soft.
– Using soft but not melted butter.
– Distributing the chocolate well to have a uniform filling.
– Not overbaking it: it should remain slightly moist in the center.
