  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

  • 2 pears

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder, sugar, a pinch of salt, the egg, and butter in pieces, quickly work the ingredients.

  • Pour the shortcrust onto a floured work surface and create a rectangle.

  • Add the jam and the chopped pears and roll up, close the ends to prevent leakage during baking.

  • Bake at 356°F for 20-25 minutes then take out, let cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
