Ingredients
- 4 artichokes
- 1 clove Garlic
- Parsley
- to taste Breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Clean the artichokes by removing the tougher outer leaves.
With a spoon or a corer, remove the internal fuzz, cut the stem leaving a few inches, then place them in water with a splash of lemon.
Clean the stems and cut them into pieces, chop the garlic and parsley, put everything in a bowl.
Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and mix everything.
Stuff the artichokes, add oil and some water in a pan and place the artichokes upside down.
Cover with a lid and let cook for about twenty minutes.
