Steps
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, oil, water, and finally the rosemary, mix with a spoon.
Remove the pits from the olives and add them to the bowl, mix, and move to the work surface.
Knead well and form a rectangle.
Place it on a sheet of parchment paper and cut into squares about 3/4 inch, brush with oil and bake at 356°F for about 15 minutes, then you can brown them under the hot grill for a few minutes, turning them.
Or you can cook them in an air fryer at 392°F for about ten minutes, turning them.
