ROSEMARY STARS quick savory cookies ready in 10 minutes, snack or appetizer idea for the Christmas holidays.
Simple and very fast rosemary stars, they are prepared in no time and are delicious, a tasty snack idea for parties and buffets, great for unexpected guests.
The recipe for rosemary stars is very simple, everything is kneaded quickly by hand or with the food processor, you roll out the dough and cut out the stars with Christmas-shaped cutters.
Obviously, if you don’t prefer rosemary, you can use oregano or pepper, basil, or parsley if you prefer, and your guests will surely enjoy them as well.
I love them and I prefer them to those with puff pastry because they are lighter, perfectly crunchy, butter-free, and can be cooked in a pan or fried for a more tempting idea.
