Ingredients

  • 9 oz cooked ham
  • 7 oz provola
  • 9 oz all-purpose flour
  • 0.6 cup water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp fresh yeast

Steps

  • Pour the flour into a bowl, add the crumbled yeast and half of the water, knead, then add the salt and the remaining water.

  • Work the ingredients on the floured surface, make a rectangle without using the rolling pin, bring the short side towards the center, cover with the other short side, turn and make a ball.

  • Let it rest for 1 hour then repeat the folding and let it rest for a couple of hours.

  • Alternatively, you can buy ready-made pizza dough.

  • If you want to use vegetables like peppers, mushrooms, friarielli, zucchini, wash them well and cook first.

  • Let the vegetables cool completely before adding them to the filling.

  • Once risen, take the dough and form a rectangle, stuff it with slices of ham, provola, and vegetables.

  • Roll it up and cut into rolls then place them on the baking tray or in the air fryer and cook at 430°F for about 15 minutes.
