Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups semolina
  • 7/8 cup water
  • 1/2 packet instant yeast for savory preparations
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 sausages
  • 7 oz zucchini
  • 5 1/3 oz provola cheese

Steps

  • Pour the flour and yeast into the mixer, add the water and salt, mix everything until you get a slightly sticky homogeneous dough.

  • Take the dough and roll it out in the cake tin, a 9.5-inch one will do just fine.

  • Crumble the sausages and cook them a bit in a pan with the lid closed, then place them on the crust, add the zucchini cut into slices and the provola cheese in pieces.

  • Oil and bake at 356°F for about 25 minutes, check the oven during cooking, if the sausage cooks too much cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.
