- 1 puff pastry
- 6 slices salami
- 2 oz ricotta
- 2 oz smoked provolone
Preparation
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge 10 minutes before using it, then roll it out on the work surface and cut it with a 4-inch cutter.
Fill with a slice of salami, pieces of provolone and ricotta then fold in half and seal the edges.
Place the turnovers on the oven tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the hot oven at 392°F for 1-15 minutes.
