The recipe for making salmon fritters is perfect if you’re looking for a different way to serve salmon on the holiday table, they can be eaten enjoyably one after another.
In the dough, I included arugula, but if you don’t like it, you can remove it and maybe replace it with chopped parsley, I didn’t have any, and of course, you can also add a pinch of pepper.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cube fresh yeast (or powdered)
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- to taste arugula
Steps
Prepare the batter in a bowl, add the flour, water, mix, add crumbled or powdered yeast, but for powdered yeast, I recommend using 2-3 teaspoons if you’re short on time.
Continue mixing, then add salt and pepper if you like, and mix again.
Add chopped salmon, washed and patted dry arugula, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 45 minutes, up to 1 hour with fresh yeast, with a teaspoon of dry yeast it took 3 hours.
After the time has passed, heat the oil in a fryer or as usual, and drop the batter by spoonfuls, let them brown, and drain on kitchen paper.
Bon appétit
