Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 1.8 oz smoked salmon
- 2.1 oz bufala mozzarella (or fiordilatte)

Cut a flatbread with a glass and fold the circles then flip a muffin tin and place the flatbreads in the grooves to lock them in.
Bake in a hot oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
Cut the mozzarella into slices, 2 for each bite, fill the flatbreads by placing the salmon in the center between the two slices of fresh cheese, if you like spread them with mayonnaise.
Return to the hot oven for 4-5 minutes, remove from oven and place on the serving plate.
