Ingredients
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 600 g ricotta
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 80 smoked salmon
Steps
Arrange the slices side by side lengthwise, overlap the slices and flatten with a rolling pin.
Mix the ricotta with the mayonnaise, add salt to taste, then mix in a pinch of pepper and chopped chives.
Fill the bread with the ricotta and salmon, except for a part that you will use later, roll it up, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge and cut two pieces from the roll, at the two opposite ends, making a diagonal cut like HERE
Place one piece on the side and one on the large roll, spread with the remaining ricotta, decorate with pink pepper and rosemary.
