- 1 slice sandwich bread
- 5.3 oz Russian salad
- 1.2 oz smoked salmon
Steps
For the canapés, you can use either ready-made Russian salad or homemade HERE
Cut the sandwich bread or white bread into triangles, typical shape of canapés, or you can roll the bread like cannoli HERE
Fill with Russian salad and smoked salmon, then decorate with fennel fronds, chopped parsley, or chives.
You can prepare them in advance and keep them in the fridge until serving.
