Salmon Mousse for Canapés

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Smoked Salmon
  • 5.3 oz Ricotta
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 leaves Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise

Preparation

  • Put the salmon in a mixer, add the ricotta, a little salt, a pinch of pepper, and the mayonnaise.

  • Blend everything until you get a spreadable firm cream.

  • Chop the parsley and add it to the cream, put everything in a bowl and leave it in the fridge for at least half an hour before using it.
